Japanese Tea 101 with Harumi Oshitani

An hour long session led by certified Japanese tea instructor leader, Harumi Oshitani. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn the history of Japanese Tea, an intriguing story from field to table.

This workshop will guide you on the different flavour profiles of types of Japanese Tea as well as a variety of brewing techniques which can assist to enhance the flavour. You will also learn a suggested process of food pairing with the tea.

A unique experience of Japanese culture within the heart of Melbourne.

Tea and sweets will be provided.
