As the largest and oldest LGBTQIA+ film festival in Australia, the Melbourne Queer Film Festival has engaged the community with a curated program of the best LGBTQIA+ storytelling from around Australia and internationally that aims to educate, entertain and celebrate diversity. This year it celebrates the theme, 'Formative Sound and Vision'.
Featuring over 100 programs across the city, Melbourne Queer Film Festival showcases the latest and greatest in queer cinema from around the globe. With a festival lounge located in ACMI, the festival will also be engaging with a range of public programs and exciting special events - think film trivia, speed dating and karaoke!
