Breathwork and Sound Healing Workshop

  • Workshop
  • Community

This unique experience combines the transformative power of breathwork and sound healing to create a space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and connection.

During the workshop you can expect a 60 min conscious connected breathwork session to reconnect with your body on a somatic level and to release what is holding you back. An integrated sound healing journey will rebalance your nervous system on a cellular level, using instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. And a guided hypnosis/visualisation will rewire your subconscious mind and bypass your limiting beliefs.

Walk out with a breathwork toolkit, so you can feel confident in regulating your emotions and managing stressors on a day-to-day basis, and leave with a stronger connection to yourself and a deeper level of clarity and self-awareness, through inner child connection exercises.

Come as you are. Leave as the version of you your inner child has always longed for.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
