Vertue Coffee Roasters are a micro coffee roaster, café, kitchen and retailer. Being passionate about coffee, they source premium green coffee beans, roast to perfection, then serve with care and respect. They source the best single estate coffee, as well as creating their own delicious blends. As well as the beans, you can also pickup home brew paraphernalia.
It’s not just coffee, they take their food seriously too. All day breakfast is served, as well as delicious lunches, fresh juices, cakes and pastries. Start your day with granola, blood orange jelly, verbena and buttermilk pudding. Or try poached eggs with chickpea chips, charred asparagus, parmesan, cherry tomato and basil salad. Lunch on amaranth and quinoa salad, with pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, corrieander and avocado. Perfection without pretention.
Vertue Coffee takes its name from a handbill 'The Vertue of the Coffee Drink' from St Michael’s Alley, the first café in London, which opened in 1652.
