Under new ownership, Sosta Ristorante proudly ushers in a brand-new era and is embracing an elegant renovation, a new culinary direction and a luxury wine cellar.

The reimagined Sosta menu is inspired by Head Chef Tintori's most loved regions throughout Italy and how they draw and rely on their surroundings in order to source local fresh produce and native, wild ingredients. His approach in the kitchen highlights local free-range, organic and sustainable produce, elevated by the flavours of Australia’s native ingredients. Classic, strong, Italian cooking methods and traditions meet new flavour profiling on the plate.

​Most loved dishes include carpaccio di canguro, spaghetti al granchio and a raw honey cheesecake.

The venue is elegant and stylish, street-side dining is also available for those warmer Melbourne days.
