The Lanzhou Beef Noodle Bar makes hand-pulled noodles using a traditional secret recipe, their understanding and passion is infused in every step of the dish.
From the selection of ingredients to food preparation until final assembly stage, they have followed the traditional methods to replicate the best flavours of the Lanzhou beef noodle.
Their noodles come in a clear soup, with slow-cooked beef belly, white radish, red chili oil, green coriander and yellow noodles. Variations may include pickled cabbage or shredded cucumber. Noodles come thick, thin, hot, cold or made with egg.
Sides include shredded potato, special pickles, bean curd, spicy pork ear or tea flavoured eggs.
