Get set for a contemporary Thai collab with Thai-American chef Dylan Eitharong of Bangkok’s exclusive 12-seat supper club Haawm (aka ‘fragrant’). Dylan joins chef Dan Sawansak at Dessous for a night of loud flavours and ‘punk rock’ Thai with a personal twist.
Dylan’s Bangkok venue books out months in advance, so this is a rare chance to experience his cooking at this scale right on Flinders Lane. Together, he and chef Dan present a shared banquet merging their unique takes on Thai flavour, regional specialties and personal food memories, complemented by the offer of cocktails made just for the event.
