Yukimura-san's omurice isn't just a rice omelette, it has become one of the world's bucket-list dishes.

This March you'll have the chance to try it for yourself as he jets in to host a three-night pop-up at celebrated two-hat CBD restaurant Ishizuka, with four different session times available daily. Savour this unique talent's culinary theatrics in an intimate, rarefied setting, with the omurice offered as the jewel in the crown of a superb menu from Ishizuka's executive chef Katsuji Yoshino.
