The Art of Choux and Eclair Baking

Learn how to make these classic French pastries with Kate Ngo, an experienced baker from Labour of Love. In this workshop you will learn how to bake, fill and decorate these amazing French treats.

You will practice different piping techniques for choux and eclairs; learn two different filling recipe for vanilla custard and chocolate custard and sample what you have created during the class!

Suitable for beginners and experienced bakers alike.
