Ryoji Ikeda ultratronics / CORIN presents DIWA

  • Music
  • Nightlife

In this Australian debut, Ryoji Ikeda unveils ultratronics – a meticulously engineered realm where data, light and sound are stripped to their mathematical core and rebuilt. With surgical precision, the Japanese master of sonic minimalism transforms code into taught environments that blur the line between human and machine.

Ikeda is joined by Filipina–Australian producer, composer and performer CORIN, presenting the world premiere of DIWA – a new work rooted in Filipino skyworld myths and ancestral cosmologies. In collaboration with VFX artist Tristan Jalleh, CORIN conjures an uncanny audiovisual landscape where folklore and futurism collide.

Presented side-by-side, ultratronics and DIWA form an unmissable experience – a collision of sight and sound where light fractures, noise engulfs and myth takes shape.
