Coming together for one hour of shared sustained silence is a simple ritual that can help you concentrate on the thing you want to do - but find many reasons not to - write. During the hour of writing there is no talking.
Bring something to write with or on. It could be a pen on notepad, fingers on laptop, quill on vellum anything you want, just not a typewriter. Bring a water bottle and anything else you need to feel comfortable, for example a cushion or headphones.
Please do not bring your typewriter, talking points, conversation topics, a loquacious attitude or any food and drinks (other than water).
Doors to this workshop open at 5pm, once you move into the writing space there is no talking allowed and silent writing will commence at 5:30pm.
Table, chairs and writing prompts will be provided.
