Ants by Polyglot Theatre
Ants by Polyglot Theatre is an interactive performance which brings children together to explore the landscape around them.
With hundreds of breadcrumbs scattered around and three large, curious insects on the scene, children are irresistibly drawn closer to find out how they can join in. As they collaborate, a captivating world emerges, with shifting lines and patterns taking shape, and everyday spaces transformed into mesmerising landscapes.
This enchanting performance explores the nature of work and how children engage with their surroundings. It takes place outdoors in the Museum Plaza and is free; no bookings required.
Auslan interpreted performance is available on Saturday 18 and Wednesday 22 January.
This season of Ants is supported by the City of Melbourne and presented by Melbourne Museum.
