Located in the Kmart Centre's food court, Wow Crepes serve jianbing (Chinese crepes) which are one of the most popular street food breakfasts in China, originating in the northern Shandong province.
The crepes are made quickly on a flat hot plate, before freshly chopped vegetables, herbs, sauces and other crispy ingredients are added, then they are folded and served. Choose fillings like spicy bean curd, Chinese sausage, Chinese donuts sicks (youtiao), shredded potato or the house specialty chicken schnitzel jianbing.
Soup is also on the menu, and for a sweet hit try the custard-filled buns.
