The Trust

The Trust serves high quality Italian-influenced dishes in Melbourne's historic Port Authority Building.

Enjoy a drink at Australia's longest bar (seriously, it's really long) and then eat your way through antipasti, followed by a diverse mains menu including a number of pastas (try the squid ink linguini with seafood and shellfish) or try the fish of the day. The cotoletta alla milanese (panko and polenta crumbed chicken breast served with russian salad).

You'll find a great list of classic Italian desserts like tiramisu, panna cotta or affogato.

Head over to the bar for a solid list of classic Australian and international wines (including some well aged bottles), the usual run of classic beers and a lengthy cocktail list including a number of variations on the negroni and the martini.
