Pure South Dining Room

For over twenty years, Pure South Dining has been working directly with local farmers, fishermen, and artisanal suppliers to acquire the best produce from the Bass Strait Islands of King, Flinders, and Tasmania. Executive Chef David Hall leads our kitchen in celebrating Tasmanian heritage and produce, to bring the Pure South to Melbourne.

Enjoy King Island Beef, Tasmanian Rock Lobster, Rannoch Farm Quail, and more from our Tasmanian family as you look out across the Yarra River and Melbourne skyline through panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Pure South wine list has been meticulously crafted, paying homage to the fabulous wine regions of Tasmania, renowned for the most elegant cool-climate wine styles. Tasmania's climate and soils combine to create ideal growing conditions for developing naturally elegant, intensely flavoured, and aromatic wines.

Large groups are easily accommodated in one of our two private dining rooms, with bespoke menu options available.
