  • Restaurant

The one-of-a-kind Melbourne venue with only 28 seats of luxury. With a new modern Australia tasting menu, guests will personally be served by chefs and guided on what to drink by their own sommelier for a world-class experience.

The new tasting menu will see diners experience an exceptional six courses, all paired with French wines including Grand Cru Chablis.

Pearl's signature dish is smoked Paspaley pearl meat, rock oyster, old vine chablis, cauliflower and beurre blanc, including 72-hour slow-cooked Yumbah green lip abalone, served with a melange of forbidden black rice, perfectly cooked barley, speck lardons and finished tableside with a warm pork and chicken consommé infused with lemongrass and shitake.

Pearl hosts the largest chablis list in the world. With over 800 burgundy wines, this beautiful little bar has a lot to offer its guests.
