Trinity College Cordner Oration

Ahead of the AFL Grand Final join Trinity College for the Cordner Oration featuring Michael Fitzpatrick AO.

Michael began his footy career with Subiaco in the West Australian Football League (WAFL), before joining Carlton in the VFL. He went on to play 150 games, captain the team, and win three premierships. Mike took a hiatus from AFL to study at St John’s College. After retiring, he worked in the Victorian Treasury Department, and later in investment banking in New York, before founding his own company.

He has held various leadership roles, including as chairman of the Australian Sports Commission, board member of Carlton FC, director of Rio Tinto and Trustee of the Melbourne Park Tennis Centre.
