These beautiful plants are renowned for their drought resistance and vibrant colours. Most varieties provide long-lasting blooms and aromatic foliage, enhancing any garden with minimal effort. They are easy to grow, love the sun, and produce beautiful flowers in all colourways. They come in many forms, including ground covers, shrubs, annuals, biennials, and herbaceous perennials.

The collection at the Gardens is extensive given the dedication and support provided by Meg Bentley, salvia expert and horticultural volunteer. This walk starts at the Sensory Garden and continues through the Gardens, touring the surrounding Herb Garden and Princes Lawn beds.
