Repairing Clothes with Patches

​In this beginner-friendly workshop, writer and artist Liên Ta walks you through using a hand-cut patch to repair and upcycle your clothing. Learn step-by-step how to sew your first blanket stitch while learning about the importance of repair.

​Participants can bring clothing from home to repair or upcycle, otherwise fabric will be provided for practice. Needles, thread and fabric will be provided but participants can also bring their own hand sewing kits if desired.
