Have a children’s book idea you aren’t sure how to develop? This workshop focuses on writing for young people from junior fiction to YA, from idea to development, including tone, content, readership age, and current trends in children’s and YA publishing. Drawing on Nicole Hayes’ experience writing and teaching across multiple age groups in different formats, this session is a hands-on, guided writing workshop to help you turn your children’s book idea into a story.
