World-renowned seafood restaurant Ministry of Crab is popping up in Melbourne for a month-long celebration of crustacean at Crown Melbourne.
Following a sold out pop-up in 2022, Ministry of Crab is back in town with an exotic new menu that heroes Australia’s best and freshest mud crab in the iconic Evergreen dining space. Led by culinary expert and chef Dharshan Munidasa, who has crafted a reputation for his unwavering commitment to sourcing the freshest seafood and elevating the art of crab and prawn preparation.
Ministry of Crab’s month in Melbourne celebrates fresh Australian seafood with a five-course set menu in an elegant setting. The menu stars sustainably-sourced Northern Australian mud crab flown in live for the famous pepper crab and garlic chilli crab dishes. Mooloolaba king prawns also feature, as well as a tasting platter, a crab avocado salad and a mouthwatering coconut creme brûlée.
