This two-hour workshop offers a hands-on introduction to the miniature folk painting style of KG Narendrababu’s Tree of Life series – a vivid fusion of traditional Indian art and contemporary expression.

Learn to compose rich, narrative artworks on a small canvas using acrylics, incorporating flattened perspectives, symbolic proportions, and personal motifs inspired by village life, temple architecture, festivals and nature.

Suitable for all skill levels, this intimate workshop provides all materials and encourages spontaneity, playfulness and focus. Each participant will complete their own miniature painting to take home.

KG Narendrababu, an acclaimed South Indian artist from Kanchipuram, blends India’s cultural heritage with modern vision, drawing on decades of travel, research and award-winning practice.
