Kitchen Alchemy: Low-Waste Entertaining

Join in a hands-on cooking class and learn how to make three delicious recipes that make the most of leftovers, off-cuts or produce that might otherwise go to waste. You'll also discuss clever kitchen tips to make more of what you have in the kitchen year-round.

At the end of the class, you'll share your platter and go home with a bottle of homemade cordial to serve as a delicious summer spritz as well as recipe cards for all three recipes.

The class comprises a two-hour cooking session followed by an hour to enjoy the fruits of your labour.
