Into the Wild: Lunch with Mushrooms Anonymous

  • Activity
  • Events

Enjoy a long lunch at Cumulus Inc., hosted by Jo Corrigan and Matt Donnelly from Mushrooms Anonymous.

Ex-chefs and restaurateurs, Matt and Jo turned to adventure and foraging, leaving the city for the Macedon Ranges. Now they supply Melbourne's best restaurants with hard-to-find produce like pine and morel mushrooms and exceptionally grown heirloom vegetables, all from their own flower farm and market garden in Romsey.

Matt and Jo have a philosophy for cooking grounded in the joy of preparing seasonal, local produce. Together with Allan Eccles, head chef of Cumulus Inc., they're embracing this mindset with dishes and ingredients not only grown by Jo and Matt, but by local farms dear to them.

This event includes an arrival drink and a generous four-course menu.
