Chocolate Pairing Masterclass

A tasting masterclass focused on pairing chocolate with spirits or wine.

Participants will taste a curated selection of single-origin chocolates with beverages and learn the art of pairing.

The masterclass will be hosted by Alessandro Luppolo, an internationally renowned chocolatier at his stall Il Cioccolato, Mark Richardson, a resident spirits expert and Clarissa, an Italian wine expert.
