Champions Dinner with Australia's Award-winning Chefs

  • Events
  • Food and drink

Melbourne diners have a rare chance to taste award-winning dishes from three of Australia’s most decorated competitive chefs – Princess Anne Uy, Brooke Silk and Marc Nacua – before they head to the USA to take on the world’s best at the 2025 World Food Championships.

With impressive results in previous years, this year they’re heading back for gold.

The Champions Dinner is a night to celebrate their talent, taste the dishes that wowed the judges, and send them off to the USA with the support of their home crowd.
