Celestial by Juan Castro

  • Free

'Celestial' is a new jewellery collection by Spanish-Australian artist Juan Castro, drawing inspiration from the interior architecture and soft colour palettes of historic European churches. In a departure from his previous works, this collection features pieces crafted in sterling silver, accented with gold embellishments and gemstones in muted hues.

Juan has embraced smooth, flowing lines and curvaceous forms, reflecting the graceful arches and details of sacred architecture.

All are welcome to attend the opening night, on Thursday 8 May, from 5pm to 7pm.

This exhibition is presented as part of Melbourne Design Week 2025. Melbourne Design Week is an initiative of the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria.
