One Star Lounge and Gallery is an art and events-based space and cafe and bar. The coffee machine is always on and the bar serves a range of local beer and wines.

One Star exhibits contemporary art in all media, in changing group and solo shows and night window displays. The gallery space also becomes a cinematheque, screening artist's films as well as mini film festivals and retrospectives. In addition, it's also a pop-up space for showcasing and sales of artisan items and a venue for music, launches and other artistic events.
