Each soup is made daily from scratch and simmers for hours on the stove, for you to complete with a choice cuts of meat, seafood, fresh vegetables, and delectable handmade meatballs.

Fragrant fish soup is regarded as a nutritious food, with proteins and essential nutrients. Drunken chicken soup is cooked in Shaoxing rice wine and has a depth of flavour with distinctive herbs like ginseng, wild yam, wolf berries and red dates.
