Bacash celebrates the fresh flavours of seafood in all its seasonal variety, with the zing of Middle Eastern ingredients and Mediterranean style.

Starters on the menu include char grilled baby calamari, oysters and seared sea scallops. Try the Lebanese-style snapper fillet with sumac braised silverbeet, caramelised onion, coriander, pine nuts, currants and tahini.

You'll find rare roasted duck breast and pressed confit duck leg or the Tasmania Cape Grim eye fillet steak for those who aren't so keen on seafood.
