Wellness Classes in Italian

Join a Zumba, Yoga or Guided Meditation class in Italian. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, all are welcome to join in on the fun.

These classes will be conducted in Italian by instructors but don't worry if you're not fluent or if you've just begun learning – you can easily follow along with the teacher's movements and even pick up a few new Italian words.

Instructors will guide you through a mixture of moves and techniques.

Participants are requested to bring their own mats.

Zumba: 10–11am
Yoga: 11.15am–12.15pm
Guided Meditation: 12.30–1pm
