Come together to celebrate well-being, balance, and joy on the International Day of Yoga this Saturday!

Join for a unique opportunity to experience simple, powerful yogic practices offered by Isha Foundation, founded by Sadhguru.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already on the path, these sessions are designed to bring peace, energy, and clarity in just a few minutes a day. The sessions are guided by trained Isha volunteers and no prior experience or fitness level is needed.

Free, registration is required.
