Whey, Wine and Wagyu II

Whey, Wine and Wagyu is a fun-filled event showcasing beef from Margaret River Wagyu, local and imported cheeses and wine from esteemed wine makers Penfolds.

Resident food and wine guru, Terry, will be your host, with executive Chef Malcolm in the kitchen. Scott Richardson and Steve Shields from Margret River Wagyu will be joining them to share their passion about beef production.

Together, they'll take you on a culinary journey featuring wines from Victoria, Western Australian Wagyu beef, and cheeses as well as other products exclusively from these regions.
