Your host, Christina Darras, is a mixed media artist and yoga instructor passionate about the intersection of art and mindfulness. Originally from Athens, she studied at Ecole des Beaux-Arts (Paris) and Central St Martins (London). Her work spans painting, embroidery, and jewellery design, with collaborations including the Benaki Museum, Genesis Gallery, Boom Gallery, and Crafts Victoria. She believes in embracing the moment, letting go of expectations, and allowing creativity to emerge naturally – just as in yoga, so in watercolor.
