The Rare Tour is coming to Australia for the first time and Meatmaiden is honoured to be the host for this exclusive series of dinners alongside one of the best steakhouses in the world, Restaurang AG from Stockholm.
Current No.9 on the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants list, AG is renowned for its Nordic craftsmanship and being home to the largest selection of premium dry-aged beef in Europe. Meatmaiden and Head Chef Jesse Nipitthumrong are thrilled to be welcoming celebrated AG Chef Owner Johan Jureskog and Meat Master Martin Kjäll to Melbourne and delivering this unique, collaborative six-course shared menu.
Working closely with Stone Axe and Vic’s Meat, the show-stopping main event will be the unveiling of the AG 'Grand Cru' 70+ day tallow-wrapped stone axe full-blood Wagyu rib eye 9+ score. The absolute pinnacle of Australian Wagyu.
