Stepping Out for Youth Mental Health

Walk, run, or ride around the iconic Princes Park (3.2km) to support young people experiencing mental health challenges, and their families.

Hear from an Orygen headspace art therapist regarding the significant impact of art therapy for young people.

Complimentary barista made coffee from 9:30am. All participants who register enter a prize draw. Pets are welcome.

Organised by the James Marcon Youth Health Foundation.
