SPYCA Six Hands Dinner

  • Events
  • Food and drink

For one night only, three of Melbourne’s most exciting culinary talents will unite for the SPYCA Six Hands Dinner. It's a rare collaboration celebrating creativity, Australian produce and world-class storytelling on the plate.

The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy (SPYCA) is a global initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of culinary leaders, giving rising stars like Choi the opportunity to showcase their talent on an international stage. This is Melbourne’s only chance to taste KyongHo Daniel Choi’s creations before he represents the Pacific Region at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Grand Finale in Milan.

Joining him for this exclusive ticketed event are Paul Lewis, Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, and Shane Delia, Director of Delia Group and 2024/25 SPYCA Pacific Region Judge.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
