Secret World of Food
Back by popular demand, The Secret World of Food returns to Melbourne Museum in celebration of World Food Day. Coinciding with Children’s Week, the event will allow children to explore the journey of food from farm gate to worm farm.
Children will have the chance to become mini food explorers in an exciting, hands-on activation that will see them use their imagination and creativity to pick fresh food and take it on a very big and important adventure – from the farm to the market and then into the kitchen.
It provides the perfect chance for young kids and their families to learn about where food comes from and how it connects us to other people and the world around us.
