This highly anticipated first Melbourne solo exhibition by Tasmanian artist Rosie Hastie brings together two interwoven bodies of work, Untitled and Monuments, offering a striking introduction to Hastie’s practice and her exploration of photography, memory and perception.
Hastie’s work is an evocative play between truth and illusion, challenging the way we experience landscapes, photography and artificial intelligence, and explores photography's ability to transport the viewer to new places through the experience of colour, light, texture and space.
