New Year's Eve Fire Feast at BKK

Inspired by late-night market vendors on New Year's Eve, BKK's Head Chef, Sungeun Mo, is turbo-charging her kitchen to deliver a flaming, fire-fuelled menu.

Across four shared courses, be transported to the streets of Bangkok with the chaos and clamour of woks and sizzling smells of snacks hitting the coals.

The menu includes BKK favourites, along with bespoke, special one-off dishes. Think Southern salted pork belly with fried garlic and shallots, grilled Gai Yang chicken with house sweet chilli sauce, Somtum of green papaya with long bean, tomato and lime, BBQ king prawns with rice vermicelli noodles, Panang curry with BBQ beef cheeks, banana chilli, potato and peanut, and pandan cheesecake with grilled pineapple and coconut.
