MSDx Winter: Opening Party

  • Free
  • Exhibition

From the basement to the rooftop, the creative minds of MSD students will transform the Glyn Davis building into a vibrant gallery space. Be the first to experience the new exhibition while enjoying food trucks, drinks and beats.

The evening will kick off with a traditional Smoking Ceremony, followed by workshops and activations throughout the night. The Speakers Corner series returns, with a lineup of talks from students, academics, and researchers. Grab a drink at the bar as you wander through the exhibition – they'll be serving up mid-winter delights all night to the sound of their in-house DJ.

Explore a new generation of designers, planners and builders, whose work redefines our understanding of the spaces we inhabit and the forces that shape them.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
