The Melbourne Made team are joining forces with Fashlab to present a celebration of slow, sustainable fashion.

Melbourne Made, Makers Lane is dedicated to local fashion designers, models, photographers and makers, honouring their commitment to creating locally with integrity and care.

In an industry dominated by fast, price-driven and disposable fashion, this event offers a refreshing perspective that showcases the inspiration behind the garments we wear. It’s a chance to share all the work and passion that goes into producing fashion right here in Australia.

View historical garments made in Howey Place throughout the 20th century and take inspiration from pieces created in the very laneway where this runway takes place.
