Join Architect Andre Bonnice (Simulaa) and architectural designer Lucas Osborn for a workshop on making non-toxic, breathable and endlessly reusable earth blocks.
These hands-on sessions will equip you with practical skills and feed your curiosity about sustainable alternatives to concrete and traditional fired bricks. This method champions circular construction using raw, local materials that can be recycled or returned to the earth at their end of life.
On the Saturday 29 March, following the workshops, Bonnice and Osborn will reflect on their research and invite you to assemble a new site-responsive structure from earth blocks made by workshop participants.
Free, booking recommended.
