Supernova Coffee Company

  • Cafe

Supernova Coffee opened earlier this year in the newly refurbished NAB building on Lt Collins St, with the star team from Hawthorn deciding the CBD is where it's at for their house blend of milk-based coffee, and single-origin light roast for espresso and long black drinkers.

You can also grab hot chocolates supplied by the team at Mork. And on the menu, seven specialty toasties to choose from, with the most popular being the roasted Wagyu with horseradish mayo, red onion, cheddar and gherkins. There’s also ham, cheese and tomato, of course.

Coming in May is two tailored coffees The Bourke (white cream and shots of a unique blend) and The Collins (less creamy, a roasted darker blend, taking inspiration from The Magic).
