Stories of Nooools
Using only the finest Japanese raw ingredients and sauces to make noodles in-house, with locally-sourced meat and slow-cooking techniques, Stories of Nooools dishes are bursting with flavour.
Must-try dishes include Prawn Laksa Noodle, which is more like a French-style bisque soup with a hint of laksa herbs and spices, and Prawn Katsu, a special recipe created by Chef Dominic. Additionally, the Pork Belly Creamy Truffle Udon delivers bursts of flavours – with Australian pork belly rolled and slow-cooked the Japanese way, then sliced and torched, topped with house-made, Italian-style truffle sauce and an onsen egg.
For dessert, try the Taiwanese-inspired Snow Ice – light and fluffy like snow, topped with fresh fruit and syrup, or sake ice-cream, deliciously creamy and made with real sake.
