At Emporium, Pho Nom is the creation of brother and sister team Jerry (also the chef and owner of the fancier Annam) and David Mai, who wanted to launch a casual Vietnamese street-food diner.
While they focus on the flavours and experiences of hawker-style eating on the streets of Saigon, their commitment to Victoria's produce ensures you'll get a fresh dish every time.
The menu includes pho, rice paper rolls, banh mi and bun (vermicilli salad).
