Flinders Waffles sells baked taiyaki (Japanese fish-shaped waffles) filled with sweet red bean paste, custard or Nutella, topped with soft serve ice cream. They also sell the Flinders Street Station Waffle shape - Melbourne's famous and iconic railway station - making it must-stop destination when you are in Melbourne's city centre.

For matcha devotees they offer a premium 'ceremonial' matcha soft serve and matcha latte with soft serve on top.
