A serious cocktail bar with full table service, named after the year when the word 'cocktail' first appeared in print. The extensive drinks menu is sorted by era, starting in the mid 1700s and features a different cocktail from almost every decade.

1806 is internationally recognised, having previously won an award for the World's Best Cocktail Menu. It is also well known for providing unique experiences such as their Cocktail Masterclass, Cocktail Degustation, and Whisky Experience.
