The virtual visitor consultation offers:

  • local knowledge and personal insights 

  • customised itineraries

  • access to online maps and walks

  • advice on things to do and how to get around

Consultations run for up to 20 minutes and can be held by phone* or online via Microsoft Teams.

Consultations are available Monday to Sunday from 10.30am to 4.30pm (Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time).
