Join for an unforgettable afternoon as Tonka hosts a Winemaker’s Lunch with Wilimee Vineyard, a boutique producer from Victoria’s Macedon Ranges known for its exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Crafted by winemaker Ben Ranken and Sally Richardson, Wilimee wines are shaped by ancient Cambrian soil and a cool, high-country climate — each bottle grounded in a strong sense of place.

Wilimee’s winemaker and Tonka’s sommelier Gemma Neil will guide you through the story behind each pour in this relaxed yet refined celebration of wine, food, and connection.

Enjoy a five-course menu with wine on arrival and matching wines throughout, including their rare Underwater Pinot Noir, aged for five years beneath the surface.
